I love working with children and young people. They have a clear sense of things and are able to communicate very simply and effectively.
As adults, we often wrap up our words to protect ourselves or those on the receiving end. Children tell it like it is. They have no hidden agenda. They come from a simpler, unspoiled place and find it easier to tell their truth. I love that about them.
We can learn a lot from children, not just about communicating and speaking our truth. They are much more honest about what they see. They say it as it is. Something us grown ups can have problems with.
How freeing it is to think and see like a child or through the eyes of a child. How utterly refreshing.
